Your ability to regain possession of your property if something goes wrong depends on whether or not you had already complied with the law when you had first set up your tenancy

The Rentlord system automatically kicks into effect to warn you and your tenants if rent payments are delayed: and we take effective action to help you gain control of the situation
Actions during the tenancy
A national law firm issues warning letters to your tenants as it prepares for possible legal action, should you want us to go ahead with it.
We start preparing you for the possible re-possession road ahead by educating you in advance, and also showing you options.
We collate all data and our team prepares you for repossession; we also teach you all the best practices on how to serve this.
Prepare the Section 8 Notice
We're in touch with you personally, providing you legal support, as well as information you may need to know such as what court action entails and how to win.

Now that we have filed the Section 8 notice for you, the next step is to reclaim possession of your property
We'll help provide you with a lawyer –– or work with yours –– to efficiently file for the legal reposession of your property
File for court proceedings
A date will be granted to you for the hearing of your case in court. You can either represent yourself, or have your lawyer (or one which we recommend) to represent you.
Once repossession has been granted by the court, you'll need to hire a bailiff to remove the tenants. Again, we can recommend one for your use and manage the situation.
Because Rentlord's been managing the whole process so far, we're able to automatically readvertise your property as soon as possible
Rentlord monitors payment and communication data to help build your case if eviction is eventually needed.
We pass on the evidence and data to your lawyer, or give you access to our legal partner, so that starting legal action is smooth and fast.
* The court proceedings and filing of legal processes detailed below are paid for separately. However as part of the Collect and Protect service, we will manage this case on your behalf as much as possible, working either with your lawyer or one which we recommend to you.
